I am really struggling to lose weight, though I have to go less on carbs, today I choose to do a healthy kind of pancake. See below my delicacy
Ingredients
11/2cup warm water
250g self raising wheat flour
250gms Atta mark flour
3table spoon sugar
1table spoon cinnamon
1table spoon chia seeds
2eggs
Instructions
In a bowl place the water and beat the eggs in it, In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients and add the mixture in the first bowl, stir until you achieve a smooth consistency. Using medium heat, place your nonstick pan and scoop one serving spoon at a time to the pan, you can regulate the heat accordingly, once its raised and cooked, turn and cook on the other side. Remove from the pan, and it's ready to serve.
