In today's society, we struggle to find information and perspectives that can lift us up. Everyone is trying to get you in "5-step E-Book sale's funnel" to change your life and become a freedom seeker etc. The silly promises that most of the time never happen.
Plateaus are part of life, you will always encounter a stagnant period of time. It's a special time to learn and utilize skills to move forward, break out of the old shell, and in-hope find something new.
Plateaus are a period of self-reflection, I believe to get over the hump you need so self-inquire from all possible viewpoints. What has worked for me before is to keep metrics as a guide to move forward. This can be a metric to Self-Educating; are you reading books? Articles? Interacting with the certain people? Taking classes online? the real magic behind is asking yourself what are you doing in that field. Another example can be relationships; are you checking in with your family? how often do you have a good conversation with a friend? planning an event with family?
Metrics are intrinsic and extrinsic.
My takeaway: design yourself a metric you can track and reflect on every week and frameworks within to maintain that metric and improve. Such as minimum amount of book pages read etc.
Stay gold,
