Ok day 4.... it started off good enough and then the pain hit the belly and i was just feeling sorry for myself. So I had chocolate, and loads of it and the worst part i dont even feel bad about it! But i feel proud of myself as i went to the gym and i did, even with really poorly tummy! I took two tablets and the pain was still strong, later that day i also had some food poisoning, because i ate too many protein bars!! soo annoying! so be aware guys of these bars :P dont eat too many! hahah
cooked me some yummy breakfast as well, cheese ( im such a huge cheese fan) and some tropical fruits!! I wish sometimes I had more will power thou, i am proud that I am exercising fourth day in a row, but just not happy with my diet and its something that always takes me much longer to perfect!! Oh well!!
