This recipes serves 12 people. It is perfect for brunch or dinner.
Ingredients :
1-2 eggplants/aubergines
2 zucchinis/courgettes
3 carrots
3 cloves of garlic
4-6 eggs
1 cup OR 250 gr Unsalted butter ( butter needs to be cold)
3 1/2 cups OR 450 gr of plain flour
2 cups OR 500 ml of milk
200 gr of cheddar cheese
cold water 10- 20 ml
