This is a series that I developed for trimming your waistline and getting rid of visceral fat after having a baby (click on the picture above to view the video). Even though I particularly tailored this program for women with diastasis recti (separation of large abdominal muscles), anybody can follow this program to flatten their tummy.

8-Week Series - Belly Dance to Lose Belly Fat
Did you recently have a baby? Did you have your baby 20 years ago? No matter how much time has gone by, getting a flat belly IS possible, and you don't have to run or starve yourself to reach your goal. Bellydance your mommy tummy away - and have fun while at it!
This is Week 2 of the Belly Dance to Lose Belly Fat series.
Follow these 4 simple steps for 7 days and don't forget to subscribe to get notified when the next video comes out:
- Complete Week 1 of the series -
- Do the above set of exercises every day for 7 days (please do not do any traditional crunch-style exercises or planks).
- Make one healthy dietary change this week (for example, make an open-faced sandwich instead of a traditional one);
- Let yourself indulge once a week. If you want that slice of pizza, eat it! :)
