I loooove food even though I can't eat a ton in one sitting (I have to eat small meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals 😕).

When I have some free time and feel like cooking at school, I make some Nepali food that I've watched my mom cook for years. The chicken she makes is phenomenal and I have made multiple attempts to copy it; never turns out as good as hers. Moms always have some secret they never share.
...Maybe the love? 😉
Anyways, since I start my final semester of grad school tomorrow, before I leave, I wanted my mom to show me, again, how to make some muy delicioso pollo (ayyy I know some Spanish haha jk, I only know a few words here and there, sadly).
Now I have a recorded version of this recipe that I can always look at and copy! 😈
It's super easy to make as long as you have the spices that are used on here. If you want to give it a shot, make a visit to your local Indian store, if you have one nearby (or just Amazon it), to buy the seasonings.
Ingredients
All you need is some chicken (we like to use big whole chicken and cut them up ourselves instead of buying chicken breasts because those don't have a lot of flavor), onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, tumeric, garam masala, kashmiri mirchi, cilantro and sesame powder, and salt. If you like cilantro, you can use some fresh leaves to garnish your meal!
I realize there are no measurements included since our culture has the expertise of just eye-balling everything 😄
Doesn't it look yummy? I can assure you it was fantastico!! :)
