I am sure most of you know this but we should always warm-up really good before our sport activities.
Skateboarding is an aerobic sport and that means that almost every single one of our muscles is used while skating.
It doesn't matter if you are young or old, if you are in a perfect physical shape or feeling rusty. A good warm-up will make you feel comfortable and ready to jump straight into your excercise "business".
In this video, I show you my before skateboarding fast warm-up routine.
I am always streching before skating and it might seem silly and boring at first but when you get used to it it feels amazing.

I tried to keep it simple with just a few posses cause I didn't want to tire you with a long video and I would love to know what you guys think or even better you can share with me your favourite type of warm-up routine in a short video or a blog post.
