I've been working out on and off over the last several years. Things would often pop up in my life that would necessitate me having to take some time away from the gym and attend to other matters. During this time, I would loose all the gains I'd made and when I'd finally get back to the gym, I'd less time making gains and more times making regains. I wouldn't feel like I was making progress but rather just playing catchup. Repping 185 4 times officially marks an end of the regains phase of my return to the bench press. From this point on we are entering uncharted territory and making brand new, fresh, delicious and satisfying progress.
