Ending the week with some workout and played 3 rounds of ping pong - Basketball tomorrow.
How it all started
Ever since I got back from my August 2018 trip, I have this urge to train myself physically, so with that in mind, I have started to do daily push-ups with my other colleague. End up we grew this daily routine into a company-wide (like we have 5-7 out of the 20 people in our office) daily exercise. We would now do around 4+ sets of Bring Sally Up challenge (push-ups, planks, squats etc...) and we are also adding pull-ups in the mix. One of my goal of 2019 is to end the year being able to complete the whole Bring Sally Up challenge with the exact set that I am doing, and be able to do 10 consecutively pull-ups. I want to document this journey and see what my progress is.

- 2x 20/30 Song of "Bring Sally Up" Song of Push-ups & Planks
- 1x Full "Bring Sally Up" Song of Sit-ups
- 4x Pull-ups + Other misc. sets
- 3 Sets of Ping Pong :)
