Before heading into this workout I should say here to make sure your cleared by your doctor to do a workout like this one. HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) is up there on the intensity scale and it's all packed into a short burst of activity.) So! Also make sure you warm up before and stretch after trying this one!
I think nearly anyone can do this one... If you put your mind to it! This one is action packed and gets the heart rate going! In under 5 minuents you can make A LOT happen! There you go! No excuses right! Results show up when you do! So do something active every day!

- Beginner Level [3 - 4 sets]
- Intermediate Level [5 - 6 sets]
- Advanced Level [7 - 8 sets]
