The past few months have been quite a wild ride for me. Extreme UPS and extreme DOWNS. Extreme growth, and often extreme confusion. But, at the end of the day, all of it is OK. The good, the bad.....it's all a lesson.
There will always be tough times; challenges and dark corners. But don't push them away. Move into them with courage, patience, and LOVE and slowly they will transform into light.
Only through the darkness we can we fully experience our light. It is in this contrast that we fully recognize our potential.
Remember to keep on loving and keep on shining. Your life is sacred and your journey is your own. There is no "end", no "final destination". You'll never "get there" and that's OK. That's the beauty of this life. It's all just a continuous, beautiful journey.
Make sure to enjoy the ride! It is meant to be fun!
Breathe in the delicious air, look around at all the gifts Mother Earth provides -- flowers, clouds, sunshine.
And most of all, have patience. Relax into your patience. And know that I love you.
