Ingredients (8 people):
4 blocks
180 gr. of flour
1/2 sachet chemical yeast (8 grams baking powder)
2 eggs
100 g brown sugar
175 ml. milk
red fruits (for garnish)
apricot jam
butter and flour for the mould
mint leaves
Preparation of the apple pie recipe:
Place flour, yeast, eggs, sugar, 2 apples (peeled and diced) and milk in a whisk glass. Crush until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Pour the mixture over the greased butter mould and sprinkle with flour. Peel the other 2 apples, cut them into slices and cover the surface of the cake.
Bake at 180ºC for 45 minutes (preheated oven).
Let it harden a little, then remove the mould and spread a little apricot jam on the surface with a brush.
Garnish the apple pie with the red fruits and some mint leaves. Serve the apple pie.
