Ingredients:
4 to 5 servings.
1 1/2 kg beef ribs.
1 carrot.
3 pieces of 10 cm long yucca.
4 medium potatoes.
2 medium celery.
3 medium ocumos.
3 auyama.
1 small onion
2 spring onions, medium (spring onions, spring onions)
2 sweet chili peppers
1/2 red pepper
10 cm stem of garlic porro

PREPARATION
Step 1 Soften the ribs for two and a half hours. In a pot with water. Add the green onion leaf, cilantro and half onion.
