Cabbage with cream.
Ingredients:
1 medium cabbage Oil
cup pure milk cream salt to your liking.
Preparation:
The cabbage is separated leaf by leaf, cortandoles the stems and the leaves are finely chopped. In a pot, put a little oil, add the cabbage and take to very slow fire with the pot well covered to cook steam. When it's a little tender, salt is added and when it is ready, the cream is added and then removed from the fire. It's liquefied and ready. Our rich cabbage cream.
