It's pretty sad to see 
Hive account@magicdice exiting the Steem platform and bagging tons of cash. It's tragic for people who gambled a lot of their Steem/SBD tokens just to maximize the daily dividends magicdice is giving. Aside from people went there for 'gambling', I believe some of the people there are playing for the purpose of receiving magic tokens and receive daily dividends. The more you play and the bigger value you wager, a proportionate amount of Magic Tokens will be given to you. This hooked Steemians to play more and I too have been one of magicdice users who lost a lot of Steem (more than 800 Steem, I'm that bad gambler :O).

In order for you to play at Epic Dice, you need to download Steem Keychain Extension, it's an extension that helps users the ease of inputting a user-defined password instead of copy-pasting your private keys. For guidance, creator Hive account@yabapmatt made a post everything about it.
Tip : In playing epicdice, I suggest you use Steem in wagering as of the moment. Epicdice distributes the same amount of EPC tokens wagered for Steem/SBD. 1 Steem wager will get you 100 EPC tokens, 1 SBD wager will still get you 100 EPC tokens. We know that SBD is a much higher value than Steem. Use Steem to maximize your EPC received.
Though it is clear that Hive account@epicdice has a lot to improve, the most important part for me is that everything can be seen on the site. In short, they value transparency. They have announced that they will be having a major update in the next week/s so stay tuned.
