Active day
Epic breakfast. Pancakes with white cheese and jam. Coffee stimulates me to action. For dinner I made rissotto with patmezan and broccoli (unfortunately the product is ready in a package but tasty). Some fruits during the day and evening sandwiches with ground meat and cheese.
The SeeFood challenge - see what you eat
To motivate yourself, it is necessary to eat consciously. This can be achieved by becoming aware of what you ate during the day. And how do you do that? By photographing and documenting all the food and drinks you eat every day. This way you get an insight at the end of each day into the amount of food and drink that you have taken.
Disclaimer - Seeing what you have eaten during the day can also be confronting ;)
The challenge is simple:
- Take a picture of everything you eat and drink during the day
- Then create a collage at the end of the day (for example with Instagram's free_"Layout" app_)
- Place this in a blog post with the title: "SeeFood challenge - day (day number)"
- Use as first tag seefoodchallenge
- Challenge other steemians by tagging them.
