Today was our first fasting in Pakistan. The experience of first fast wss delicious.in the morning i eat yoghurt with bread . Al the Muslims which are fasting use simple food uts better for thier health. During fast all the day remain sleep under AC is not the real meaning of fast . Pray Namaz recited the Quran.
