Here Is what you need......
- one propane gas smoker
- one beef brisket
- one Boston but
- 12 bratwurst
- Bad Bryans butt rub.
- time
Rub the brisket and Boston but down with Butt Rub
Smoke for 6 hours at the recommend temperature. This will depend on your smoker.
Add bratwurst after 4 hours.
Then enjoy.
