My favorite breakfast ideas that will keep you full till lunch without many calories !
Makes 1 portion, unless otherwise stated!
Greek Yogurt with Strawberries
200g Greek yoghurt (total, not the fat reduced one! It’s about 10 g of fat per 200g, I use the one from FAGE)
about 400-500 g fresh Strawberries, sliced
Oats with Milk
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
add with low fat milk (1% or 2% fat)
Overnight oats with fruits
Scrambled eggs with vegetables
2 eggs, mix them with a spoon, add in a pan (if necessary with oil) and fry them
take all the veggies you like, for example green beens, bell pepper or carrots and steam or fry them
Wholewheat bread with whatever you like
2 slices of wholewheat bread (the darkest you get)
you can add greek yogurt (quark) with slices tomatoes or cheese or an egg
if you want you can use a thin slice of butter of course
