Now, here's the recipe for this delicious delicasy.
INGREDIENTS
1 Cuttlefish ( washed clean )
1 bunch of kangkung (washed clean)
Sesame seeds
Roasted peanuts
Fried onion to taste.
Sauce Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic (finely pounded)
2 red chilies (finely pounded)
4 tablespoons shrimp crab
2 tablespoons of Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons plum sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon thick soy sauce
Sugar to taste
1 cup water
Some flour (if needed)
COOKING METHOD:
Boil water and spinach until tender. Then cut the octopus into small pieces.
For sauces, add water to red chili and garlic. Then bring them to boil.
Next add shrimp paste, Hoisin sauce, plum sauce, oyster sauce and thick soy sauce. Stir well and taste. If necessary, add sugar.
Boil the sauce. To make it thick put some flour.
Remove and pour into a plate of spinach and cuttlefish.
Spread some sesame seeds, chopped roasted peanuts and fried onions.
Now its ready to eat.
Tips: If the cuttlefish is somehow smelly, immerse it in a water filled with lemon juice to get rid of stinky smell.
