Hello my friends! If you like healthy food, then my smoothie is for you!!!
Every morning I drink a fresh smoothie made of fresh fruit. Squeezing out the orange juice. Add a banana. Peach. Plums. Melon.
These fruits we have now in a large assortment. I mix them in a blender. Add peeled walnuts and mix again in a blender. I pour into a large glass.
And this is my Breakfast. A year and a half I have Breakfast that way.
I used to add protein, but not at the moment. In the near future want to return to that, to acquire the protein and begin to prepare a smoothie with protein. Protein gives strength and contains protein, which is very necessary for our body at any age.
Helps our muscles and bones. Our brain. My advice to everyone is to try a fruit smoothie with protein!!!
