Ingredients: (for 4 servings)
- 400g sticky rice, a little salt.
- 2 safflower, 16 dried mushroom ear, half dry shrimp bowl, 2 onion purple.
- Soy sauce, onions.
Making:
Clean rice and then soak for 20 - 30 minutes for soft. Then add the rice cooker with a little salt and water that is slightly higher than the rice (about 1/4 knuckle) and turn on the cooking button.
Sliced minced sausages, soaked mushrooms soften and then chopped, dried shrimp soaked in water for about 10 minutes for soft and then drained, onions peeled thin.
Put in a little oil and then heat, add the onion aroma and then add the mushrooms, sausage in sauteed, seasoned with soy sauce a little.
Add the dried shrimp, add some water to fry the beans to ripen, but not dry too. When the kernel is ripe, turn off the stove, sprinkle with less pepper and mix well.
Add the white sticky rice to the plate, spread the seeds up. Can be used in combination with onions and soy sauce.
