I used to be a lazy person when it comes to exercising and doing strenuous activities. I get tired and exhausted easily and I don't really appreciate the feeling of burning sensation in my muscles which we get from working out.
As I age, I feel that my metabolism is slowing down and its effects are becoming much more visible. Body fats, fluffy stomach and such. It really is kinda frustrating especially when you can't wear fit clothes anymore because your big tummy would be so obvious.
Look at me 2 years ago. Lots of people thought that I was preggy when the truth is it's just a food bump! Hahaha 🤣
Last year, I tried to do some basic exercises at home since I want to be confident about myself again and to also prepare for our upcoming travels. It really takes a lot of self-convincing to be able to do it constantly but I believe it's really worth it. Although it really is better to have someone you can exercise with so you could be more motivated.
Aside from playing badminton, I also bought a small dumbell which I use everyday for 2 months in an attempt to tone up my arms since my arms are also fat. And then my boyfriend also asked me to run early in the morning just days before our Cebu trip!
I really wanted to wear swimsuit so I did my best to maintain a healthy diet and exercise constantly 2 months before the trip. I believe I was able to achieve it although there are still some fats left specifically in my tummy area. But it's perfectly fine for me as I do not want to be so skinny anyway. (Mehhh, excuses 🤣)
Cebu trip 2017
Lately, I've been binge eating a lot. My cravings are insane especially whenever I'm stressed or whenever it's the time of the month. I wasn't able to maintain my diet anymore since Papa had his vacation last December and more overly, he switched our rice at home from brown to white! I couldn't help but notice that I'm getting fat again but I'm just not in the right mood yet to exercise.
Just last week, we met again for another badminton game but this time with our new BFF . Hahaha! The more, the merrier! I was so happy because we've been planning this since last month but our schedule was really tight. Good thing we found an opportunity to set our badminton game last weekend. It was fun and more overly, we sweat a lot and we burned those dang calories! 😂

I promise to start exercising again after this week. Somebody please motivate me. I feel the need to do some vigorous workouts since I get easily tired lately especially when doing simple activities. Oh, is it my body telling me to exercise again? 🤣
