PUSH UPS
Push-ups have many advantages such as workout of chest, shoulders and arms. Continue this exercise 7 minutes a day and continue until 28 days.
Move your body up and down accordingly as shown in the picture.

REVERSE CRUNCHES
Lie on your back with your knees up at a 90 degree angle and your hands behind your head.
Lift your upper body and thighs, and then stretch out. Repeat the exercise for seven minutes.

PLANK
Lie on the floor with your toes and forearms on the ground. Keep your body straight and hold this position as long as you can.
