These are genuinely hard.
a lot of shoulders, chest, wrist and full spectrum arms. go easy on yourself, don't try and keep up if it means being sloppy. turn the video off and call them yourself if you have to
I think they do best as a callout, so for best results go along with me in the video. If you have to break, break, take a breath or three, and then hop back in. They are really hard. You can do them on your own obviously, but they're always best in a live group, so you can take turns leading.
