Howdy hebrewhousewife! Good to see you, let me know if you're posting again, I haven't seen my feed for over a year. I'm not a fan of yoga either but people doing this style swear by it so it must work for them. Now the Rage Yoga, THAT really doesn't go with yoga! I think that one is more of an excuse to drink and be rowdy.
