Hi everyone, I don't usually share little blog posts about my exercise, but I wanted to brag! I had to push the last few weeks against my normal steady rhythm to achieve this. Unfortunately, I am not the quickest and never will be... I have the wrong genetics. But I can fight it and get closer to an impossible goal.
Running helps my mind destress and the pain feels good when you know you can beat it away with a bit more effort. It is also a very isolating sport, you can really delve into the hovels of your anxiety/stress. Outdoors running is also far more stimulating, you have the icy wind making you feel alive, dogs playing, and beautiful trees to dance between.
Hopefully, I can explore some more varied running routes to keep it interesting.
