I just finished a 15.522km cycle that lasted about 0hh:39mm:36ss !
Decided to try waking up at a reasonable hour this morning. Snuck (unlikely.. I'm sure I woke everyone up) out of bed this morning and set up the bike for another stab at The Local Hero SufferFest video. This one has kinda kicked my ass twice in a row now. Made it through the 3rd set of pyramids this time though, so I feel a bit better. Definitely a higher average power target in this session -- I could feel my legs going dead, so I decided to ease off because I've got a 1:30 squash date with the boys, and hopefully still a run with
Now it's time to enjoy some coffee, and see if I can't scratch together some strength workout features for Exhaust before the weekend is up
