I just finished a 19.003km running that lasted about 0hh:45mm:33ss !
Fifth session of bicycle roller. Another 45 minutes in two different parts. In the first part, the usual cadence rhythm with beats below 100. In the second part, a small increase in cadence to increase the beats to finish the activity.
