I just finished a 10.796km run that lasted about 0hh:53mm:6ss !
Now that I work all week, I need to take time to run during the weekend. The weather was really bad but I had no choice!
I decided to do an interval training. I did several 800 meters. I knew that it is not an easy training but I didn't remember that this is hard like that. After the third repetition, I was already exhausted. However I still managed to do all six at the right pace.
Here is my session:
- 20' of warm-up
- 6*800m between 3'45"/km and 4'/km (only the last two were close to 4'/km)
- 15' of cold down
In total I did 10.82km in 53' and I was really exhausted after that! But this is nice to finish the week!
