I just finished a 3.501km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:28ss !
It is not easy at all to get further kilometers running inside an apartment.
I have managed to overcome 3.5 km doing a warm-up of 10 'jogging and then 7 blocks the 12 repetitions of Burpees.
Between each block of burpees I have jogged about 150m more.
The "burpee" exercise is very complete.
At the cardiac level, this repetitive exercise increases the frequency of your heart quite a lot but the most important thing is that it works throughout the body, especially the arms, chest and abs and at the same time works the reactivity of your quadriceps... Excellent for runners.
