1.Close your eyes and cover them with your hands. Think about nothing and relax. Do this for 2-5 minutes.
2.Move your eyes side to side 5 times
3.Move your eyes up and down 5 times
4.Move your eyes diagonally 5 times
5.Do a circle 5 times both ways
6.Focus on a pen or a finger about 15 cm from you and then focus on a far object repeat this 5 times
7.Focus on your nose and then look straight repeat 5 times
8.Close your eyes as hard as you can and then open, repeat, do this 10 times
