Pan Mee is a very popular local dish in Malaysia, it is traditionally hand torn but now it also come with different thickness such as flat noodles or thin noodles. It serve with anchovy soup and top with vegi, braised mince meat with mushroom, fried anchovies, and sometimes with egg. Over the years it evolve into so many different version such as dry pan mee, curry pan mee, chili pan mee or even tomyam pan mee.
