Green fettuccine with ham and creamy cheese
For 4 portions
Green fettuccine or other pasta
Cream cheese, mashed
Single cream
Greated parmesan cheese
Melted butter
Lean cooked ham
Cook the fettuccine in plenty of boiling salted water.
Mix the cream cheese, cream, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Drain the fettuccine and return to the pan.
Mix in butter and cheese. Add ham, toss and serve.
