A couple of times a month I have a hankering for some red meat and there is nothing like a London Broil cooked on the grill to satisfy that urge.
After marinating the steak in a bag filled with garlic, olive oil, Worcester sauce, and some White Distilled vinegar, for about 6 hours, this baby is ready to go on the grill.
Home made mac salad is the perfect compliment, and adding some green peppers and celery to the mix makes it that much tastier.
The sauce that is added to the mac salad includes some mayo, vanilla yogurt, salt, pepper. and a little bit of vinegar.
Sprinkle some Paprika over the top adds a little color, but not a lot of flavor.
After cleaning, cutting, and boiling the cauliflower, it is ready to be topped with some Parmesan Cheese and baked in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
With the Cauliflower looking good it is time to get the steak off of the grill.
And there you have it, a meal fit for a red meat lover who on occasion needs to sink his teeth into a good piece beef.
Throw in a plate of fresh strawberries and wait for the second belt. 😁
