Some says that when someone already reach the maturity (growing old), he/she should watch what they eat. Our body system is different when we are still young. In this way, some has been "health" concious.... like us (me and my husband).....

Dried salted fish and squid ( Daing na isda at pusit)
Sauted Bitter Melon (Ginisang Ampalaya)
Red Rice
