Hi guys, this dish is called "dinuguan". It is famous here in the Philippines and is always present every time you on some karenderya here in our country. Dinuguan's root word is dugo which means blood.
Most people prefer eating this because it so affordable and tasty at the same time. I my self eat this as well as is one of my favorites specially "dinuguan" that is a bit dry.
Dinuguan is made of pork, pork belly and pork loin cut into small pieces and some pork blood that makes look like a creepy food but delicious at the same. You must try some one of this days.
