This was the first photo I’ve ever taken in 35mm film. I had have interest in photography and filmmaking for the past 4 and half year but only shot digitally. Never had I thought about shooting analog, until my friend Sam (featured in this photo) introduced me to it. I haven’t used my digital camera ever since.
Sam had just showed me how to load a film camera. He emphasized the fact that one should be conservative with her light-sensitive material, as it is costly! This might explain the red streak, as we didn’t crank the film before closing the gate.
