If in anything I am apt at is FRYING FISH. I so enjoying frying the fish,Ii feel its an art ti understand the fish type and then frying them. My family loves fish fry made by be and y boyfriend gets cray eating fish. Every Sunday I feed everyone with fish fry. So let me also share with you my style of frying fish. lezzzz goooo...
Ingredients:
4 medium Mackerel (Any fish you like) cleaned and washed.
1 inch Ginger, smashed
2 big cloves of Garlic, smashed
2 tsp Turmeric
3 tbsp Red chilly powder
2 tbsp semolina
1 tbsp rice flour
Salt to taste
5 tbsp Oil for frying
Method:
Wash the fish pat dry and apply turmeric and keep aside
In a plate mix Semolina, Rice flour, salt, turmeric, red chilly powder, ginger garlic and mix with smooth hand
Heat the oil in a pan and mean while coat each fish with this powder mixture.
Release each coated fish in a pan for frying (no deep frying)
Let one side of fish fry properly then flip to other side let fry fry on each side for 15mins.
Serve hot with rice and fish curry. shall soon share the fish curry recipe if you all would like to know.
