Today was another day that we took a break from the crypto world and headed out fishing at Glendo Reservoir, Wyoming. It was a hot, calm day with a high of about 95 degrees. We only had about 3 hours to fish, we needed to find them fast.
Typically anglers have a problem catching walleye mid summer because they swim far away from their spawning points. This was not the case for my girlfriend Jess today!
No sooner did she get her line in the water,she caught the first fish! A 19.5 inch keeper. She didn't stop there! Out of the six fish we kept in the three hours,she reeled in half of them! That's not counting the dinks that she caught too! Not only did she catch the majority of the fish today, she caught the biggest one of them as well! a 23.5 inch big mamma walleye!
I'm gonna have to call her the walleye wonder woman and bring her out more often! Great job babe!
