So today I did something that I try to avoid; I skipped a meal. After I a hard morning chest session with , I had rush across London to sit on a panel discussion at the Tech In Ghana conference. This meant I missed lunch. Fortunately I had a post workout shake and banana that (along with adrenaline) saw me through to dinner.
The reason I dislike skipping meals is that it usually leads to me craving carbs and unhealthy food in the evening. Thanksfully I avoided that pitful today.
