I must apologize for being off the grid for the last few days - we were visiting our families and hanging out all together so we could get some wedding planning done :) it went great, but it kept us so busy that I didn't have the time to post!
So hopefully you all had a great weekend and were wishing for a workout to get you moving for the week - you're in luck, because I'm here to provide just that! ;)
Give this little number a try:
3(:15on/:5off)
1:00on/:30off
3(:15on/:5off)
Note: the short (:15) intervals are sprints, the long (1:00) interval is meant to be done at a controlled pace that you can continue for the entire minute... Then get right on back into the sprints! Complete all intervals of one movement before progressing on to the next.
