Hi, everyone!
Today I'll be sharing with you one of the most effective beginner chest and triceps workouts there is! (IMO)
It's super simple and you can do it almost everywhere!
We'll start by doing three sets of 3-6 dips (If you can't do them yet, do three sets of 8-15 bench dips).
Then we'll do three sets of 6-8 decline push ups.
After that, we'll do three sets of 6-8 diamond push ups (notice a pattern yet?).
We've already done half of the workout!
Now we'll do three sets of 8-10 wide push ups, followed by three sets of 8-10 regular push ups.
And now, for the last set of the workout, we'll do max. reps of bench dips.
Rest between sets should be anywhere from 1:30 - 3:00 minutes.
