Pretty much every-time I write about rack pulls I say I LOVE THEM. Its because I do! You get to pull HEAVY weight with these bad boys!

I felt great after slamming down 465lbs on to the rack!

Seated Rows
Seated rows are so easy to do and they're great for them muscles! Sit on the machine and pull the weight back to your chest and squeeeze!

Over all great workout, I never had a partner today. I really need to find one so I can start going to the gym more frequent. I gotta follow my own tips!
