Dynamic Warm-up -
Skipping ropes - 20
Jumping Jacks - 20
HH Squats - 15
Hip Raises - 10
Shoulder Bridge leg raises - 5 per leg
Windmill Forward & Reverse
Drill -
Lunges - 14
Interval - 3 Rounds
- Knee Pushups - 10
- Sprawls - 10
- Shoulder Bridge Leg raises - 15
- Rest - 30 Secs
2/3 NYX
- Knee Pushups - 15
- Leg raises - 15
- Standups - 10
200 m Sprint
Active Cool Down
