Heres the routine I followed today,Dynamic Warm-up -Skipping ropes - 20
Jumping Jacks - 20
HH Squats - 15
Hip Raises - 10
Shoulder Bridge leg raises - 5 per leg
Windmill Forward & Reverse
Drill -
Side Lunges - 06
2/4 Venus - 2 Rounds
- Knee Pushups - 50
- Crunches - 20
- Squats - 50
Active Cool Down
