Welcome to the next episode of my training diary.
My routine today included:
- Squats 4 sets of 8 reps
- Bench Press 3 sets of 8 reps
- Flyes 2 sets of 10 reps
- Shoulder Press 3 sets of 10 reps
- Dips 3 sets of maximum reps
- Calf Raise 3 sets of 12 reps
After being sick for the last four days my training was quite good. I was able do put on some more weight in the Squat and had no problems with the other exercises.
That´s all for today ;) I´m going to sleep some more and you will see my Pull-Day tomorrow.
