So after taking a bit of a break, I'm finally back in the gym and am ready to make some serious gains. My life has recently gotten to the point where I have the three things that are essential to me for putting on mass-time, steady income, and the most important one for a hardgainer-a sedentary lifestyle. The third is important because of my hyperactive metabolism. I want all the calories I burn to be in the gym so that the food I consume isn't being used up by other activities as well, thus making me have to eat more.
So, right now, I try to go to the gym 6 days a week. I do legs, chest, back, arms and then repeat the cycle. Here's how I look right now, at about 6'3 178 pounds.
Being this height means it takes a long time for gains to be visible because the muscle mass is distributed over a very large frame. To facilitate these gains, I've been consuming 3500-4000 calories on my workout days using a low-carb ketogenic diet that I will expound on in future posts. I will also be talking about the specifics of my workouts, how I stay motivated and other topics as well. So stay tuned, and follow me on my fitness journey!
