Good morning steemians!
Talk about crazy weather.. yesterday we had a beautiful sunny warm day, only to wake up today to a pouring cold weather. It feels as if we changed location, country, or continent in less than 24 hours lol
Anywhooo, yesterday we had our Round 5 session of a boxing workout, today's choice is different, let me tell you more about it..
The Workout
So post the wonderful boxing workout we had today, I had in mind to vary the approach a bit today, and jump into another round of the amazingly-coordinated with fabulous music strong by zumba class.
Yea you must have seen this tons of times, and most probably you will see it again and again, as it's one of those classes that gets your day started with a beat!
20 mins of full body HIIT, with non other than our friends at PopSugar (Anna)
As always, don't forget to bring in your virtual katana and ropes, and enjoy doing some sumo moves along with way :)
The Breakfast
Today's breakfast had a couple of our usual and healthy Arabic bread
One sandwich filled with yoghurt, walnuts, and chia seeds
Another sandwich filled with - if you read the title you guessed it - dark choco spread ! It even tastes better than it looks :)
