I'm an RN who works 12hr graveyard shifts, and so sometimes it's hard to get a workout in during the day as I sleep through most of it.
I just started working w Kettle bells for a quick but efficient workout and I'm loving it.
Here's a quick Kettle workout that I do whenever I don't have enough time to hit the gym.
I do a few sets of these and feel it burn. It works out the back, thighs, glutes, arms, abs, etc.
